1.Pay your workers in a just manner
2.Be patient and stand firm in all circumstances
Like the farmer who waits for the Land to yield valuable crop. 
3.Don't grumble against anyone or you will be 
Judges
4.You have seen Job's perseverance and how he was rewarded in the end. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy. Alleluia, Amen. 
5. Do not swear at All
6.In trouble, PRAY
Happy, PRAISE
Sick, call the elders to pray for you
7. Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other 
8. Prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective
9. Pray earnestly like Elijah

Loving Lord, please have mercy on me, a sinner. Help me to follow your word in James 5 chapter in Bible. Help me to pay my helpers justly and give generously to the poor. Help me to be patient and to stand firm in all circumstances. Help me not to grumble against anyone. Lord, You know my problems, please bless me and turn all my sorrows into joy. Help me to pray and praise You without ceasing. Help me to be a righteous person and to pray earnestly and to find grace and mercy in your sight. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

The Lord your God bless you in all the work of your hands. Deuteronomy 14:29 Deuteronomy 14 : 27 - 29 27  And do not neglect the Levites living in your towns, for they have no allotment or inheritance of their own. 28 At the end of every three years, bring all the tithes of that year’s produce and store it in your towns,   29  so that the Levites (who have no allotment or inheritance of their own) and the foreigners, the fatherless and the widows who live in your towns may come and eat and be satisfied, and so that the  Lord  your God may bless you in all the work of your hands.
