2 JOHN 7
Beware of Deceivers

7 For many deceivers have gone out into the world, refusing to confess the coming of Jesus Christ in the flesh. Any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist. 

8 Watch yourselves, so that you do not lose what we have worked for, but that you may be fully rewarded. 

9 Anyone who runs ahead without remaining in the teaching of Christ does not have God. Whoever remains in His teaching has both the Father and the Son.

Say aloud

Lord, help me to beware of deceivers and false doctrine. Amen. 

Points to meditate

Read and meditate the word of God to escape false teachings and doctrines. Be alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.

We are not called to test God, but to believe in His Word and trust His promises. Many false doctrines can capture us.  Let us flee from them all. 

Prayer

Jesus, please open my eyes. Help to beware of deceivers. Help me to read and meditate Your word daily. Amen.

The Lord your God bless you in all the work of your hands.
