February 6 - Todays Word Promise

HEBREWS 13 : 2

Do not forget to entertain (show hospitality to) strangers, for by doing so some have entertained angels unawares.

Points to meditate

Remember Jesus washed the feet of his disciples. Jesus praised the woman who washed his feet with her tears, anointed it with perfume and kissed His feet. Abraham entertained visitors/angels who came to him, after the angels ate, they gave him a sure promise that next year Abraham will have a son by Sarah.

Say aloud

I shall not forget to show hospitality to strangers with Jesus' help.

Prayer

Lord, help me to remember to show hospitality to strangers. Apart from You I can do nothing, so please help me to entertain strangers. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

The Lord your God bless you in all the work of your hands.
