Proverbs 20

3 It is to one’s honor to avoid strife, but every fool is quick to quarrel

20 If someone curses their father or mother, their lamp will be snuffed out in pitch darkness.

21An inheritance claimed too soon will not be blessed at the end.

Mark 14:38

Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

Lord, please help me to watch and pray without ceasing at all times. Help me Lord, to withstand the attacks of the enemy and overcome them. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Decide (to follow) Proverbs 15 : 1 A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.  Let your words be few ( Ecclesiastes 5 : 2) Lord, let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable.in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my redeemer. This day - 29 October 2021 - when in dilemma whether to invest more

The Lord your God bless you in all the work of your hands. Deuteronomy 14:29 Deuteronomy 14 : 27 - 29 27  And do not neglect the Levites living in your towns, for they have no allotment or inheritance of their own. 28 At the end of every three years, bring all the tithes of that year’s produce and store it in your towns,   29  so that the Levites (who have no allotment or inheritance of their own) and the foreigners, the fatherless and the widows who live in your towns may come and eat and be satisfied, and so that the  Lord  your God may bless you in all the work of your hands. Proverbs 10:22  The blessing of the  Lord  brings wealth,  without painful toil for it.
