Everyday prayer

Lord, I trust You with me. 

Help me to do everything in love. ( 1 Corinthians 16:14)

Help me not to get angry today. Help me to be Slow to speak, slow to anger and swift to hear. 

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, today. 

Help me not to complain today. 

Help me to be glad and rejoice today as You are with me. This is the day You have made. 

Help me to do and say all that pleases You today. 

Help my lips to speak the rights things always and make Your heart rejoice. 

Help me not to sin today. 

Help me to speak gently.

Let the words that come out of my mouth be gracious words, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.

Help me to keep a tight rein on my tongue.

Help me to be humble. Humble yourselves under the mighty power of God, and at the right time He will lift you up in honor. Give all your worries and cares to God, for He cares about you. (you who are younger must accept the authority of the elders. And all of you, dress yourselves in humility as you relate to one another, for

"God opposes the proud

    but gives grace to the humble.")

Lord, I should not be a mocker. Help me not to mock at anyone.

Psalm 22:10 Drive out the mocker, and out goes strife;quarrels and insults are ended.

Psalm 34

 12Whoever of you loves life and desires to see many good days,

13keep your tongue from evil and your lips from telling lies.

14Turn from evil and do good;seek peace and pursue it.

John 6:43

But Jesus said, "Stop complaining to each other."


A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. (Prov 15:1)

Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.(Prov 16:24)

MATTHEW 6

So then, this is how you should pray:

Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

The Lord your God bless you in all the work of your hands.
